Great location and exceptional service. The staff members were very courteous and the FO Manager (Mr. Sujith) was highly supportive and cooperative. We had food from the restaurant as well, which was delicious. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always providing service with a smile.

Yes, the design is not the newest, but it created a homely feeling and this hotel felt much closer to a classic German hotel than all the others I've come across in India. The somewhat dated furniture contributes to this. The staff was also helpful, though I must say that I perceived the day staff as friendlier and more helpful than the night staff. All of them were a bit stiff, however. It was also the cleanest hotel I've come across in India so far.

Stayed three nights and everything was great. Ate a couple og meals in the restaurant that were very good. The room was spacious and quiet, had a good bed and was clean. The staff were all friendly and polite, and I got great help in getting and paying for waiting list tickets on the train, no charge. Location was what I needed, close to trains and busses, gym, cinemas, a mall and plenty of restaurants. Not too busy street.

Once again I had the distinct pleasure of staying at Hotel ABAD Metro on October 25th, and I must express that my experience was just as fantastic as my previous, more extended stay. I recently enjoyed a nearly 16-day stay from Sept 19th to Oct 5th, and I can confidently say that it was an unique experience. Right from the moment I arrived, the exceptional service provided by the front office staff, namely Mr. Rijo and Mr. Anoop, truly left an indelible impression. They were incredibly helpful, courteous, and attentive to all of my needs. Their warm welcome and unwavering assistance made me feel right at home . While the food options might have been somewhat limited, the quality of the food surpassed all of my expectations. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Sreejith for making my stay so memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Cochin. Location is amazing. Very centrally located. Arm stretch away from MG Road. You will be spoiled with options for eating joints. Nice cozy rooms. Staff is super cool and helpful. Mathew, Amal and Anoop at front desk are real sweethearts. They understand the guest needs and they are very professional. House keeping staff are polite and helpful. Restaurant serves good food at a reasonable charges. Breakfast is tasty at a reasonable price. 24 hrs running hot water is superb.
